The official "Nysa" mobile application, including the website, is part of the municipal information system for Nysa. The project principally establishes a means to meet the expectations of both residents and the tourists that increasingly visit the area.
The "Nysa" application uses GPS technology to show the user's location and the locations of important facilities. The application provides basic information about offices, gastronomy, and accommodation, cultural institutions, petrol stations, sports and recreation facilities, and many other matters. The mobile guide also displays information about approaching cultural events; it is also possible to use the city transport timetable.
The application is available in four language versions: English, Polish, German, and Czech.
