The mobile application ‘Ostrów Wielkopolski’ is a free guide for inhabitants and visitors of Ostrów. It contains up-to-date information on organised events, many interesting facts about the city; and additionally, it offers its users the possibility to plan a sightseeing route. The application will lead tourists to the nearest parks, museums, or playgrounds; moreover, it will show where to find restaurants and hotels. Additionally, the application shows the current state of air quality. And for people who love to spend their time actively, there are cycling, walking, and Nordic walking routes located in the city and area.
All events and places in the database can be saved in the planner module.
The application continuously updates the database of sights, events, and news. It also works offline (connection to the Internet is only needed to download the latest data and a larger range of the map).
